Maria Gerea, MBA, CPCC, ACC is an Organizational Development consultant and coach with 15 + years of leadership experience in a variety of industries (Philips Healthcare, Microsoft, Fluke, Seattle Children’s Hospital) and functions (product marketing strategy, operations, organizational design, leadership and career development). Maria is a change facilitator who partners with business leaders to understand the key business growth drivers and develop engaging solutions to increase individual, team and cross-team agility and collaboration in support of innovation and business growth.
To this end, she builds on her rich business experience and thoughtfully connects insights and practices from Adult Development Psychology, Organizational Development, Design Thinking and Leadership and Team Coaching. Maria holds a Law degree from Romania and an MBA from the Foster School of Business at University of Washington. She trained with the leading Co-Active Training Institute and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
